OUR MISSION

The Berkeley County Library System delivers community-driven library services and programs that create opportunities for personal enrichment, foster a love of reading and literacy, and provide a wide variety of resources for research and entertainment.
In doing so, we manage our resources efficiently and effectively, and sustain alliances with like-minded organizations and individuals in our service area.
